Shipment

We do not charge any shipping costs for our gemstones. We insure the package for at least the purchase price of the item(s) and send it by registered mail. We provide you with a track and trace code for easy following the shipping process and the expected delivery date.

Paying any import duties is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

From the moment we send the registered package, the delivery times are as follows:

  1. Europe: 3-7 work days
  2. North-America: 5-8 work days
  3. South-America: 6-18 work days
  4. Africa: 8-12 work days
  5. Asia: 12-14 work days
  6. Australia: 6-12 work days
  7. New-Zealand: 6-11 work days

Return

All returns must be sent within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in unaltered condition, with all original labels attached.

To return an item, pack the item securely in the original packaging. Notify us by email that you wish to return the item. We will then provide you with the shipping address.

Please note that the costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Send it insured and registered
  • We will refund the purchase price after we have received the returned goods in the same condition as we shipped them.
