Petroleum rock crystal with moving bubbles.
Inside this transparent rock crystal, there are several cavities containing liquid petroleum, gas bubbles and black minerals. Crystals with these three-phase inclusions are rare. Even rarer are crystals with cavities large enough to see the gas bubbles moving.
The second photo shows the specimen under shortwave UV light. Some inclusions are fluorescent.
